At Fambed.co.uk we produce upon order and we always confirm your order by personal contact, before initiating the production and collecting your payment. When you have confirmed the order by personal contact, we collect the payment and start the production, it typically takes 6–8 weeks for the FAMBED® to be produced at our production facilities in Denmark and afterwards shipped to you.

At fambed.co.uk, you can pay securely and without any fees using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, apple paym google pay or Klarna. All payment information entered at checkout is encrypted (SSL) and securely transmitted to our payment provider. This data is accessible only by you and the provider, ensuring safe handling of your details.

Delivery price

Delivery prices depends on your address and the product you buy, at checkout you will get your final delivery price calculation.

Production and Delivery time

At Faambed we always produce upon order. From the moment you have confirmed the order, and the payment is received, it typically takes 6–8 weeks for the FAMBED® to be produced at our production facilities in Denmark and afterwards shipped to you.

You will be informed of the expected delivery time during the process, when we ship it from our production facilities you will recive a tracking link.

Other delivery information

We do not offer in-home delivery, assembly, or disposal of old furniture.

We do not offer assembly services and do not assemble products on behalf of our customers.

If your product requires assembly, a step-by-step assembly guide will be included in the package.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

At fambed.co.uk, the majority of our products are custom-made to order. For these items, the right to cancel no longer applies once production has begun. We always confirm your purchase personally to ensure everything is correct before starting the manufacturing process.

Custom-made products

The standard right of withdrawal, which typically applies to purchases made in-store or online, does not apply when you order one or more of the following made-to-measure products:

  • FAMBED® family beds

  • FAMBED® fitted sheets

  • FAMBED® bedskirts

  • FAMBED® mattress toppers

This means that once your bed system enters production, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible—changes cannot be made once production has started.

Regular stock items

If your order consists only of regular stock items, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item(s). This applies to products such as:

  • FAMBED® adjustable bed legs

  • FAMBED® bed bridge system

  • Any FAMBED® night lights

  • Any FAMBED® fall protectors or waterproof mattress protectors

If you ordered multiple items in a single order that are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date you received the last item.

Please note: You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept delivery without informing us.

Also, please be aware that if you only cancel part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping with us as a consumer, your purchase is protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means you have the right to claim if a product is faulty or not as described.

You are entitled to a free repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault and when it is reported.

You must notify us of the issue within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the fault. Claims made within 30 days of delivery may entitle you to a full refund. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we have one opportunity to repair or replace the item before a refund is offered. You can still make a claim up to 6 years after purchase in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (or 5 years in Scotland), if the fault was present at the time of delivery.

If your claim is accepted, we will reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in secure packaging and retain proof of postage so we can process your refund.

When returning an item, please include a detailed description of the issue to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

When you place an order with us, we collect the following personal information:

We may share necessary details with trusted third-party partners (such as delivery and payment services), but only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. These partners process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

All data is stored securely and only for as long as needed to complete your order or meet legal obligations. We only work with data processors located in the UK, the EU, or countries offering adequate data protection.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, have it corrected, or request its deletion if it is no longer needed.

If you wish to make a complaint, we recommend that you contact us directly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can reach us by email at hello@fambed.com, and we will do our best to respond within a reasonable time frame.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you made your purchase as a consumer, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.
