Outstanding service from Fambed!

I am really impressed by the service I have experienced at Fambed. A few hours after placing my order, I received a phone call in which an employee asked clarifying questions to ensure that everything was correct. The delivery time was fully adhered to, and before receiving it, I was contacted again. The employee suggested that I could leave out the adjustable legs, as I mentioned that they probably would not be used anyway. The amount for the legs was refunded to my account a few days later, completely hassle-free. It is rare to experience such thorough and proactive service!

After a lot of consideration, we decided…

After a lot of consideration, we decided to order the bed system from here. I had read several reviews and watched the videos on their website, and for the price I expected quite a lot. It starts well with good customer service, we get a phone call and are informed about the long delivery time and have to answer how long the extra bed legs should be, etc. they are very nice to talk to and reply very quickly by email. Then we receive the order. And I have to say I am a little disappointed. I had expected the bed skirt to be made of somewhat better quality fabric, it is such poor and thin fabric that I can see right through it and therefore it does not really hide much in my opinion, the recommended sheets are likewise made of somewhat poor quality fabric but even more annoying is that they are so large they cannot really be put on reasonably smoothly. Height-adjustable legs seem fine enough at first glance, the bed bridge is also fine and does what it is supposed to and the strap for keeping the beds together is also just a regular synthetic strap with a buckle. All in all a rather expensive solution and I probably should have settled for buying the bed bridge and possibly legs, as well as the mattress topper, the rest would have been wiser to either sew yourself or buy elsewhere.

FAMBED IS NOTHING SHORT OF WORLD-CLASS! 🤩 The product itself is brilliant! It is good quality, user-friendly and exactly what all families with children are missing and need! - FAMBED has tremendously improved our nights and created a much better ‘framework’ for our children’s sense of security at night. .. but their customer service 🫨 Yes, I’m missing a word that can surpass world-class! When FAMBED experienced high demand, it created difficulties in meeting the delivery deadline. But it was no problem. Because lovely Oliver made sure to keep us updated both by email and phone - Oliver was simply on the ball, so as a customer you never experienced uncertainty or doubt. FAMBED optimised their production and brought in more seamstresses. They even ended up shipping the product earlier than expected. All while Oliver constantly made sure to let us know what was going on. It is nothing short of outstanding customer service 😍🥳. FAMBED is clearly a company worth investing in! They are trustworthy, loyal and service-minded. They deliver a fantastic product at a good price - and it is worth every penny! THANK YOU FAMBED ❤️

Levelling

The legs adjust from 15 to 42 cm across 14 height settings, divided between three leg types covering 15-19, 19-27 and 27-42 cm. This allows you to level out height differences between beds, such as a box mattress and a continental bed. You do not choose the leg type when placing your order. After your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on choosing the right leg type and height range.

Frequently asked questions about FAMBED® height-adjustable bed legs (set of 4)

How do we know which leg height we need?

We'll work it out together. After your purchase, we'll always call you to discuss which leg type you'll need to create a flat, level sleeping surface at home. So you don't need to measure up or choose a leg type before ordering.

Will the legs fit our bed?

The legs have standard M8 threads, which fit most bed types. If your bed doesn't have M8 threads, flanges are included so you can still fit the legs.

Do the beds need to be secured together when one is fitted with height-adjustable legs?

We recommend securing any additional beds with the strap from our bed bridge system. This prevents them from shifting, keeps everything securely together and avoids annoying, dangerous gaps in the sleeping surface. How long will it take for our bed legs to arrive?

The bed pocket is in stock, so it does not need to be made first. We send it as a parcel, and you can usually expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. You will receive Track & Trace updates once your order has been dispatched.

Can we return the bed legs if we change our minds?

Yes. This is a standard stock item, not something we sew to order, so you have the full 14-day right to cancel. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the item. If you order several items together and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the final item. Email us at hello@fambed.com and we will arrange the return. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also letting us know.
