Kasper and Oliver always provide solid customer service, and if a problem arises, they find a solution at no cost and with the focus on making sure that you as a customer leave the shop happy. Frequently asked questions about FAMBED® bedside pocket

Where can we attach the bedside organiser?

You can attach it to the headboard or the side of the bed. Place it exactly where you need it most, so everything you use during the night is within arm's reach.

What can we keep in the bedside organiser?

Anything you would otherwise have to get out of bed for in the middle of the night: extra dummies, a feeding bottle, a night light for feeds or perhaps just the remote control. It is designed especially for holding dummies and feeding bottles.

Which colours does the bedside organiser come in?

Beige, light grey and dark grey, so you can match it to your bed cover or headboard. The fabric is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

How long will it take for our bed pocket to arrive?

The bed pocket is in stock, so it does not need to be made first. We send it as a parcel, and you can usually expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. You will receive Track & Trace updates once your order has been dispatched.

Can we return the bed pocket if we change our minds?

Yes. This is a standard stock item, not something we sew to order, so you have the full 14-day right to cancel. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the item. If you order several items together and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the final item. Email us at hello@fambed.com and we will arrange the return. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also letting us know.
