Our waterproof, modular mattress protectors let you protect only the sleeping areas where accidents are most likely, rather than the entire width of the bed. Strong elastic straps fit around the bed or mattress topper to keep the protector securely in place. The modular design means that not everyone in the family has to sleep on the less breathable material, which is a major advantage if anyone tends to get warm at night. If you want to protect the full width of the bed, simply use several mattress protectors and overlap them by approximately 10 cm. This gives you the freedom to protect exactly where needed. Each mattress protector measures 105 × 200 cm.

Waterproof

100% waterproof protection where accidents happen

The mattress protector is 100% waterproof and protects both the mattress topper and the bed beneath it. It is made from 100% OEKO-TEX®-certified cotton. FamBed recommends placing it on top of the sheet, so you only need to change the protector when an accident happens.

Frequently asked questions about FAMBED® mattress protector: modular and waterproof

How many mattress protectors do we need?

One for each sleeping space you want to protect. Each protector measures 105 × 200 cm, so one will cover the space where your youngest child sleeps. To cover the full width of the bed, simply use several protectors with an overlap of around 10 cm.

Should the mattress protector go over or under the sheet?

The elastic straps fit around the bed or mattress topper, keeping the protector securely in place in either position. We recommend placing it over the sheet, so if an accident happens, you only need to change the protector rather than remake the entire bed in the middle of the night.

Does that mean everyone in the bed will be sleeping on less breathable material?

No, and that is exactly why it is modular. The protector only covers the sleeping space where you place it, so the rest of the family sleeps on the regular sheet. That is a big advantage if anyone tends to get hot at night.

How long will it take for our mattress protector to arrive?

The bed pocket is in stock, so it does not need to be made first. We send it as a parcel, and you can usually expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. You will receive Track & Trace updates once your order has been dispatched.

Can we return the mattress protector if we change our minds?

Yes. This is a standard stock item, not something we sew to order, so you have the full 14-day right to cancel. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the item. If you order several items together and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the final item. Email us at hello@fambed.com and we will arrange the return. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also letting us know.
