The cover is made from high-quality upholstery fabric certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. This certification confirms that the fabric is free from harmful chemicals, which matters in a bed where children crawl around every day.

The cover is made to the exact size you choose, in widths from 70 to 360 cm and lengths of 200 or 210 cm, ensuring a snug fit around the bed base and mattress. Production only begins once you have confirmed your order in the email we send after your purchase, giving you time to make any amendments before confirming.

Makes the bed modules look like one complete bed

The cover is tailored to the bed's dimensions and fits snugly around the bed base and mattress, concealing the joins between the modules. The upholstery fabric comes in beige, light grey and dark grey, so you can coordinate the bed with your bedroom. The headboard is available in the same fabric and colour, creating one cohesive look across the headboard and bed base.

Frequently asked questions about FAMBED® family bed cover

How long will our cover take to arrive?

Your cover is made to order in your chosen size, and production begins as soon as you confirm your order in the email we send after your purchase. Production currently takes around 4 weeks, followed by approximately one week for delivery, depending on where in the world you live. Please allow around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery. At checkout, you'll see a more accurate estimate based on your address. We'll email you with the final date after your purchase, as soon as it has been confirmed with our production team. You'll receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.

Can the cover be removed and washed?

Yes. The cover attaches to the wooden frame with Velcro, making it easy to remove and wash, or replace if the fabric becomes worn or you fancy a different colour. It's a practical solution when you have young children at home.

Can we cancel or return a cover?

No. Each cover is made to order in your chosen size, so the standard right to cancel no longer applies once it has gone into production. Production only begins once you have confirmed your order in the email we send after your purchase, so you can still make changes or cancel before confirming. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Which width should we choose?

Choose the width the cover needs to fit around. If it is for your entire family bed, choose the bed's total width. If it is for a single module being used as a standalone bed, choose the width of that module. That is why the cover is available in widths from 70 to 360 cm.

Does the cover match the headboard?

Yes. The headboard is upholstered in the same fabric as the cover and comes in the same colours, giving the headboard and bed base a cohesive look. Choose the same colour for both, and you will not be able to tell where one ends and the other begins.
