Super product, good and personal service

We had ended up de facto co-sleeping because of the 4-month sleep regression. An extra matching box mattress and a fambed system made room for everyone in the same bed. Ordering and delivery worked perfectly, the mattress topper is comfortable, the sheets are lovely although a little thin, but then they take up less space in the washing machine. You can feel the bed bridge when lying on it, but I have not found it disturbing. The strap for securing the mattresses works brilliantly, we have not needed any additional fastening, which makes cleaning under the box mattresses easier. We had ordered 3 sheets but only received 2. When we contacted them, a new sheet was promptly put into production and dispatched. Super good service, the whole family is very satisfied.

Really good mattress topper

Among other things, I bought a mattress topper from here. I was called and made aware of the long delivery time due to production - good service if you hadn't noticed it yourself. I am very satisfied with the mattress topper, you sleep really well on it and it has no chemical smell like some new mattresses can have. Delivery to the door worked flawlessly. I can easily recommend it to others who need more space in bed with the little ones, we are very satisfied at home

Good communication, service and nice quality

We bought an extension bed with a 270*200 top mattress and are super satisfied. It works really well that the mattress can be both medium and firm in firmness. The bed rail was easy to place under the sheet and works really well. The bed bridge works absolutely perfectly, and both we and our twins sleep significantly better in the new co-sleeping bed. A slightly long delivery time - but really good and quick communication after ordering - good service. The delivery time was also met, and everything ordered was included.

Perfect 👍🏼

Customer service is top-notch. They respond straight away and are friendly. They don't hide their delivery time. And it's really great that they call and prepare you for it before the order goes all the way through. We bought: top mattress, sheet and bed skirt. The top mattress is really good to lie on. The sheet is nice and pretty. The bed skirt is pretty and nice. So overall, everything is perfect and lovely. Wonderful to finally be able to lie properly in a combined bed. I can definitely recommend this company to others.

Works really well

We bought a 270x200 mattress topper with matching sheets and a bed skirt for an existing bed. (3 x 90 box mattresses). Easy ordering and good information about delivery, took 4 weeks. It works really well not having gaps. We have, however, kept our old memory foam mattress toppers underneath, otherwise it became a little too firm. It would be great to have a full-size memory foam mattress topper 🙏

I haven't even received my entire order yet, but I've already had a 5-star experience with Fambed. I ordered my family bed in December and was quickly contacted by them to tell me that the delivery time could be up to 8 weeks, as well as informing me about various things, and they asked whether I still wanted the product. Of course I did - and they then sent a very detailed description of some measurements they needed and started processing my order. I received my mattress topper (6 weeks later) and wondered where the rest was. They replied to me incredibly quickly, and I now know that the rest is just around the corner and will arrive within a week 😊 Their customer service is top-notch, and they take everything on board to optimise the best service as well as the wishes of their customers. Of course, I couldn't wait to try out the new mattress topper - it is just SO lovely - top quality!! I can hardly wait to get my bed fully assembled! 🤩 I am going to recommend Fambed to everyone 🥳

For a long time, we have had two beds standing…

For a long time, we have had two beds standing together next to each other because the children come in during the night, and the youngest wants to sleep close to her mooom, but without it working completely optimally.. One bed was slightly lower than the other, and at the same time there was no mattress topper in the right dimensions. So even though we had plenty of space, it still did not feel like one big bed. THANKS to Fambed, we have the feeling of one big bed, where no one lies in the gap, or you are afraid that the little ones will roll out because of the difference in height. Furthermore, it is good quality, so all in all our night's sleep has become much better and even more importantly undisturbed.

Fantastic mattress topper

I had wanted to order a mattress topper from there for a long time, and finally did it. I only order natural latex, and have had many good and expensive ones in the past. But this one from Fambed beats them all! Wow! From the first moment I received and opened it, I could clearly see that it was premium quality. And now a couple with it on our huge 270 cm bed, the experience is lovely and I sleep like a dream on it.

Really nice service

After a lot of consideration, we decided…

After a lot of consideration, we decided to order the bed system from here. I had read several reviews and watched the videos on their website, and for the price I expected quite a lot. It starts well with good customer service, we get a phone call and are informed about the long delivery time and have to answer how long the extra bed legs should be, etc. they are very nice to talk to and reply very quickly by email. Then we receive the order. And I have to say I am a little disappointed. I had expected the bed skirt to be made of somewhat better quality fabric, it is such poor and thin fabric that I can see right through it and therefore it does not really hide much in my opinion, the recommended sheets are likewise made of somewhat poor quality fabric but even more annoying is that they are so large they cannot really be put on reasonably smoothly. Height-adjustable legs seem fine enough at first glance, the bed bridge is also fine and does what it is supposed to and the strap for keeping the beds together is also just a regular synthetic strap with a buckle. All in all a rather expensive solution and I probably should have settled for buying the bed bridge and possibly legs, as well as the mattress topper, the rest would have been wiser to either sew yourself or buy elsewhere.

It is good quality, user-friendly and exactly what all families with children are missing and need! - FAMBED has tremendously improved our nights and created a much better ‘framework’ for our children’s sense of security at night. .. but their customer service 🫨 Yes, I’m missing a word that can surpass world-class! When FAMBED experienced high demand, it created difficulties in meeting the delivery deadline. But it was no problem. Because lovely Oliver made sure to keep us updated both by email and phone - Oliver was simply on the ball, so as a customer you never experienced uncertainty or doubt. FAMBED optimised their production and brought in more seamstresses. They even ended up shipping the product earlier than expected. All while Oliver constantly made sure to let us know what was going on. It is nothing short of outstanding customer service 😍🥳. FAMBED is clearly a company worth investing in! How long will our mattress topper take to arrive?

Your mattress topper is made to order in your chosen size. Production begins as soon as you confirm your order in the email we send after your purchase. It currently takes around 4 weeks to produce, followed by around one week for delivery, depending on where in the world you live. Please allow around 5 weeks from order to delivery. You’ll see a more accurate estimate at checkout based on your address, and we’ll email you the final date after purchase as soon as it has been confirmed with our production team. Your mattress topper will be delivered directly to your home address, and you’ll receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.

Is the mattress topper cover washable?

Yes. The removable cover can be machine-washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. It must be air-dried and cannot be tumble-dried. Stains can be spot-cleaned with a carpet cleaner applied directly to the fabric. Lift the cover away from the latex core while cleaning to avoid soaking the foam unnecessarily. For areas that need extra protection, we recommend using our mattress protector as an additional layer. The fabric is 100% OEKO-TEX®-certified TENCEL™, which naturally resists bacteria and mould. Is the mattress topper soft or firm?

The mattress topper has a medium-firm feel with progressive support and is recommended for co-sleeping. Its high-density natural latex prevents permanent indentations and accommodates weight differences across a family bed, giving the whole family an even, undisturbed sleeping surface.

Can we use the mattress topper on our own bed or a DIY co-sleeping bed?

Yes. A mattress topper that covers the entire sleeping area gives you one even surface without cracks or gaps, even if your bed is made up of several smaller beds. Choose the width that fits your combined dimensions, from 200 to 360 cm.
