What are we testing?

Can normal or adverse loading create an exposed gap between the underlying modules on the final sleeping surface?

Why this test matters

Gaps at the sleeping surface deserve serious attention — particularly for non-mobile infants.
In our construction the support modules are held firmly together inside one full-width cover, so the finished surface has no exposed joins. This protocol will document how the assembled system behaves under normal and adverse loads.

Method basis

Co-sleeping.com internal protocol. Two different things are measured and reported separately: internal module separation underneath the topper, and any exposed opening at the final sleeping surface. This is an engineering test — not an “entrapment certification”.
